The 100 count refills come in four 25-count bundles which fit in the trash bag storage compartment of the rack sack lid. The packaging has changed from the box as shown which holds the 25-count bundles to a clear plastic bag with dispenser hole. This package will still fit conveniently in the lid of the trash container systems.
